Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any cancellations made after 48 hours will result in 50% of the service(s) charged to the card on file. No shows will forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the service(s) to the card on file. If your fee does not go through, you will be unable to book a future appointment until they are paid. No-shows and anyone with 3 or more late cancellations/reschedules will be required to pre-pay for any future appointments.
